Mussels and lets get specific Mytilus galloprovincialis are grown around the world, although hatchery production is relatively new, with production up until now relying upon wild collection of spat.  At SeaPerfect we have the experience of developing both the hatchery and nursery technology and processes to make Mussels commercially available to producers.  We have literally BILLIONS of Mussel spat production under our belts.

At SeaPerfect we have travelled the world, and continue to collaborate to identify the best technology and processes to produce the Perfect mussel.

It starts for us by asking you the grower what you want, and we are able to supply Mussels settled on rope or substrate, or if you prefer we can discuss supply of eyed larvae ready for settlement and the technology necessary to make the transition to the farm.

Our larval rearing, and advanced settlement and nursery systems are critical to supplying the Perfect Mussel larvae or spat to the grower on its journey to the consumer.
