Applied selective breeding is also critical and we invite you to engage with us and industries breeding program run by Australian Seafood Industries (ASI) to select the parents of your oysters.  Looking at disease resistance, meat condition, shell shape, growth and uniformity are all critical factors for a successful outcome.

Our larval rearing, and advanced nursery handling systems are critical to supplying the Perfect oyster to the grower on its journey to the consumer.
